Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your order will ship 1-2 business days after you place it, and then take the shipping time to arrive.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

How to Track:

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation
  2. Click the tracking link in the email
  3. Or log into your account and view order details
  4. Track your package on the carrier's website

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including:

  • All 48 contiguous states
  • Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping time may apply)
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

International Shipping: We are currently working on expanding our shipping to international destinations. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Important Information

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for overnight delivery
  • Some items may have shipping restrictions based on size or weight
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
  • Signature may be required for high-value orders

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately:

What to Do:

  1. Damaged Package: Take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours
  2. Lost Package: Wait until the estimated delivery date has passed, then contact us
  3. Wrong Item: Contact us immediately with your order number

We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
