How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide shipping information and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact our customer support immediately if you need to make changes.

Yes! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $9.99.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our international shipping options. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Some items like personalized products or final sale items cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

Log into your account, go to your order history, and select the order you want to return. Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions. You'll receive a prepaid return label via email.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Who pays for return shipping?

We provide free return shipping for defective items or if we made an error. For other returns, a $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, view order history, and receive exclusive offers.
