We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Item must include all accessories and documentation
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund:

Inspection (1-2 days)

We'll inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy

Refund Processing (5-10 days)

Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Bank Processing (3-5 days)

Allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

Note: You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. The total refund time is typically 7-15 business days from when we receive your return.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible, without waiting for the return to be processed first.
